STAINLESS PRODUCTS
Stainless steel is an alloy of iron that is resistant to rusting and corrosion. It contains at least 11% chromium and may contain elements such as carbon, other nonmetals and metals to obtain other desired properties. Stainless steel's resistance to corrosion results from the chromium, which forms a passive film that can protect the material and self-heal in the presence of oxygen.
ALUMINIUM PRODUCTS
Aluminium offers a rare combination of valuable properties. It is one of the lightest metals in the world: it's almost three times lighter than iron but it's also very strong, extremely flexible and corrosion resistant because its surface is always covered in an extremely thin and yet very strong layer of oxide film. It doesn't magnetise, it's a great electricity conductor and forms alloys with practically all other metals.
COPPER PRODUCTS
Copper is used as a conductor of heat and electricity, as a building material, and as a constituent of various metal alloys, such as sterling silver used in jewelry, cupronickel used to make marine hardware and coins, and constantan used in strain gauges and thermocouples for temperature measurement.
GALVANIZED STEEL PRODUCTS
Galvanized Steel immerses a thin steel plate in a molten zinc bath to adhere a thin steel plate with a layer of zinc to the surface. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled steel plate is continuously immersed in a galvanized bath with molten zinc to form a Galvanized Steel coil; alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate is also manufactured by hot dipping method, but immediately after leaving the tank, it is heated to about 500°C to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability
ALLOY STEEL PRODUCTS
An alloy steel is a type of steel alloyed with more than one element (alloying elements) and these are added to increase strength, hardness, wear resistance and toughness. The added alloying elements that are added to the base iron and carbon structure typically total no more than 5% of the alloy steel’s material composition.
